Shipping

Orders process in 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email office@rodcagroup.com with your order number to start a return, and we'll send instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover a replacement or refund — no return shipping required.
