Refund policy

Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

To start a return, email office@rodcagroup.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or refund — no return shipping required.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter fulfillment.
